After Monique Coleman gained the role of Taylor McKessie in High School Musical 1, 2 and 3, she developed a close friendship with Corbin Bleu, who she believes helped her improve her dancing abilities. Corbin also greatly supported Monique during the swimming pool scenes in High School Musical 2, as she admitted herself that she was rather nervous as she previously couldn't swim! Fans of Monique's will undoubtedly have spotted her guest-starring, usually alongside Vanessa Anne Hudgens, on the Disney Channel show The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, playing a class-mate of Maddie's - who is considerably more sensible than Vanessa's character! Monique's acting credits also include roles on Gilmore Girls, Strong Medicine, Malcolm in the Middle, Boston Public and The Reading Room. 24/1/2009 - Corbin Bleu's Starring Roles

Like his fellow High School Musical cast members, Corbin has starred in a number of other Disney Channel shows, before making it with High School Musical. Following the release of High School Musical, Corbin then went on to star in another Disney Channek Original Movie: Jump In. This saw Corbin star as an upcoming boxer who develops a love for double-dutch...and a particular girl! Corbin has also guest starred in a number of shows, including ER, Malcolm & Eddie and 20 episodes of "Flight 29 Down". Did you know, that Corbin is the son of David Reivers - his parents chose to give him his unique surname so as to let him start his own career on his own merits. 24/1/2009 - Ashley Tisdale's Starring Roles
Before we met Ashley as Sharpay in High School Musical, most Disney Channel fans will have known her as Maddie Fitzpatrick, the loveable Candy Counter girl from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody! Ashley originally had waist-length curly brown hair, (that we briefly see in the pilot episode of The Suite Life) which she dyed blonde for the part of Maddie. (This was also more fitting for the role of Sharpay, Ashley later stated!) Ashley Tisdale is a recognised face on Disney Channel, but the character of Sharpay gave her a whole new persona, and a fantastic opportunity to further her own musical career. Following on from the success of High School Musical, Ashley's debut album Headstrong (which is absolutely fantastic!) sold 70,000 copies in the first week! To learn more about Ashley Tisdale's character, check out Sharpay Evans's Character Page!
